Uncomfortable 23 August 2016

Many thing make me feel uncomfortable:

Not being able to breathe for one, people using inappropriate language-especially those under 18, parents getting so angry at their children that I fear for the children.

Large groups of people, trying to please everyone as best I can but knowing that regardless and behind my back they are complaining about me.

Being sent to do a job I’m not really sure how to do or am not very competent at it yet but

being told not to screw it up!

Feeling unprepared for whatever’s coming or not be given adequate time to prepare and plan, being thrown into a group of people I don’t know.

Headaches, people who don’t do what they’re supposed to do, saying yes when I know I should have said no.

Seeing someone on a horse they obviously have no business riding, adults using peer pressure on other adults to get them to join in with something they don’t normally do because they couldn’t say no.

At times like these, chicken broth and saltines may help or a large dose of something chocolate and yummy. That and a big sigh.
