Get ready, because it almost time to celebrate Christmas in July! For now…
Things That Drip
Noses drip in the cold of winter.
Dripping icicles shower unsuspecting heads.
You are a drip if you just sit upon the couch.
Birds up on wires drip on my windshield.
Dripping ice-cream cones make sticky fingers.
Bacon drippings are good for flavor.
The drip of the water faucet keeps me awake.
Grey skies drip their dreary droll into souls.
I’d like dark chocolate to drip from on high in melty flakes I could catch on my tongue.
Let the shiny dust of stars drip buckets of joy all over the planet, and soon this dripping poem can end with one large DROP.
